- 骗子轻松建立骗取信用卡的网上商店的途径
网上开店的骗子，其实，也分为“完全骗取信用卡的骗子”，“看情况办事的准骗子”，“一开始是正经的生意人，后来变成骗子的骗子”等多种情况，但无论那一种，都给网上购物的消费者带来了网上购物的风险。
一般，开办一家骗子网上商店的过程，是这样的：
1。首先当然是建立一个网上主页，可使用FrontPage、Fusion、Composer等很方便的主页制作工具
2。然后，在网上免费域名提供网站注册一个好听的域名。如http://shop.iscool.net、http://shop.8m.com等等。如果做得好些，可去www.netsol.com注册一个国际顶级域名，也不过110美元，对于平均每月工资超过1500美元的欧美人来说，这点钱是一个无业人员也能轻松拿出来的。netsol.com对注册时填写的注册人信息绝对不会验证
3。建立网页的购物篮系统。http://www.custombytes.com，http://absolute-solutions.com/building-your-site.shtml，http://absolute-solutions.com/design-checklist.shtml等许多网站能帮助任何人轻松建立看上去很专业、完备的网上购物系统
4。建立网页的信用卡收取系统。国际互联网上有许多向网页所有者提供代收信用卡服务的公司。具体方式灵活多样，一般为：网页所有者可免费注册并使用代收信用卡服务，网页中加入一段服务商提供的html语言，就能实现收取信用卡；或者把网页的CHECK OUT页（结算页）的超连接连接到服务商提供的以https://开头的CHECK OUT页实现收取信用卡，这样能使网上购物者受到浏览器的安全提示，以为这个网页非常安全，甚至能使购物者看到标准的电子商务安全证书。至于网页所有者在得到购物者支付的钱款后是否发货，这就不是服务商关心的问题了，服务商关心的只是将信用卡号码或信用卡中提取的钱转寄给网页所有者之前向网页所有者索取的10%至35%的服务费。提供此类服务的最知名的服务商有www.ibill.com、www.online-billing.com、www.ccnow.com、www.i-check.net（还能代收支票）
至此，一家看起来很专业的“网上商店”就建成了。
由于此类诈骗案通常是跨国界的，受害者与骗人的网上商店距离遥远，受害者当地的警察也不可能为此麻烦国际刑警，且受害者一般也无法提供受骗的有力证据，最后只能不了了之。
黑客通过国际互联网窃取信用卡的途径一般为：使用所谓的“BackDoor”程序，侵入进行网上购物者的电脑内，记录购物者输出的信息，目前已有为数众多的“BackDoor”程序，甚至已出现了中文版的；或攻击防范不严的网上商店，在网上购物者使用信用卡付费时PING出信息途经的路线，并截取之。但获取的信息一般是经过加密的，关键在于能否解密。目前信用卡信息大多采用64位或128位加密算法，国内的网上商店的更没有资格宣称“安全”，最好的网上商店也只能做到64位加密，因为128位加密算法被美国政府列为禁止向中国出售的技术，然而，是否用了128位加密算法就安全了呢？其实并不然：从理论上来说，没有一种加密法是破解不了的！
为避免被误解为“教唆”，在此不列出具体方式及工具，但国际互联网上到处都是“黑客教程”和黑客工具，想进行网上购物的人，千万要当心啊！
“害人之心不可有，防人之心不可无”
CreditMaster V4.0是过时了的软件，VISA安全部门对其早已了解。所有使用它CRACK的信用卡号者将被严密调查甚至被终身取消银行信用、追究法律责任。这里大家只可用它来对信用卡的非常易被盗用的风险有所了解，千万不可去做犯罪的事！！！
现列出一批已被国际黑客CRACK并公布的国际信用卡银行编号头和少量国际信用卡卡号（VISA等安全部门肯定已知道，有了防范）
请注意：这里我们故意仅列出98年的旧卡号且隐去到期日，只是用来告诉大家：网上国际信用卡是多么容易被盗用。可能损失几百美元对于最低月薪都超过1千美元的外国人并不算什么大事，但对中国人可就严重了。
